Ms Lynn Chow is the Executive Chairman, CEO and Advisory Member of Charis Manor. She is also the founder and the CEO of CSM Academy International, a private education institute established since 2005 which specializes in healthcare education.

Before setting up CSM Academy, she has worked in various American Multinational Corporations, specifically Ogilvy & Mather, Digital Equipment and Compaq Computers.  When in the IT corporations, she was responsible for the service management and marketing functions spanning Asia Pacific and Greater China.

She has also lectured part-time at Singapore Polytechnic in their Advanced Diploma in Sales & Marketing to working adults. She has also managed the operations of the Marketing Institute of Singapore (MIS), a not-for-profit education institute shortly after her graduation.

 

As such, she understands and appreciates the importance and dynamics of training in ensuring the smooth operations of any organisation. Her multiple roles in both Charis Manor and CSM Academy will enable her to integrate the continual learning culture into Charis Manor to ensure the sustainability of quality standards in the homes which Charis Manor will grow in the region in years to come.
 

She has a  Master in Business in International Marketing from Curtin University and studied for her Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Calgary in Canada.
